The Village is located at only 100 metres from the Tyrrhenian sea. It is situated  in Campora San Giovanni, a turistic centre in the town of Amantea, in the province of Cosenza.
La Principessa Hotel is only 7 kilometres  from  the highway A/3 of Falerna and 28 kilometres from the  international airport of lamezia terme , 60 kilometres  from Catanzaro and 55 kilometres from Cosenza. It is only 28 kilometres from Paola, city of San Francesca. It is considered a  very important locality   for  the national and international  religious tourism.

The Village was built  in a 30,000mq greenery area . It is a  fine and elegant structure with multiplicity services and equipment .La Principessa  has a private beach, with free beach service, a beautiful  swimming pool, Entertainment, possibility to practice  water sports, tennis, beach volley, football .There is also a  professional staff for the mini club with an area reserved   to the children. The staff entertains the children daily  on the beach and in the park. The medical assistance is guaranteed  directly in the village at pre-arranged time in the summertime and on request during big events,  In the park there is also a circular amphitheatre  with a capacity of 500 seats.

The Conference Centre
The centre of conferences of the Principessa is the most modern and equipped centre in Calabria. It has a capacity of about 800 people . Sala Oleandro (Great hall ) can accommodate  up to 500 people  The smallest room can accommodate  30 people. All the centre has an advanced  technical equipment, audio and video service,   internet ADSL,  illuminated blackboard, video projector, closed video circuit with all the rooms and places in the hotel. It also has  many  credited rooms  with the Calabrian region  where they do many training courses. The modern and functional rooms , are very wide and are  provided with air- conditioning , TV, private terrace, safety box , minibar, hair dryer  Each room is  of triple typology with possibility of adding the fourth bed.
